Marinade steaks (tournedos)

1 1 / 2 cup brown sugar or more

1 / 2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 / 2 tsp lemon juice

1 / 2 cup wine vinegar

1 / 2 cup water

1 / 2 cup oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 / 3 cup ketchup red

1 / 3 cup chili sauce

1 onion

1 clove garlic

1 stalk celery

few drops of Tabasco sauce

Marinate in refrigerator 12 hours
