Greek marinade for kebabs

3 large v. tablespoons mayonnaise

2 v. tablespoons of oregano

1 / 4 cup light oil

3 c. tablespoon lemon juice

1 tsp teaspoon onion powder

1 tsp tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tsp tea chicken stock base

Salt, pepper

Marinate chicken in refrigerator 2 hours
To grill or oven
