My best marinade recipe

Hello!

I offer you my best marinade recipe and they are all excellent!

 They are several for beef, pork, chicken and lamb.

For safety it is recommended to place all meats in the refrigerator for marination time.

Also, Turn your meal in a day of festivities by adding a good bottle of white or red wine on your table, without forgetting the excellent ciabatta bread.

Beef Marinade

1 / 2 cup vegetable oil

1 / 2 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1 / 2 tsp black pepper

Mix
Marinate 1 1 / 2 hours

Marinade for beef / chicken

2 tbsp oil

1 onion, finely chopped

1 to 2 cloves garlic

1 cup ketchup

1 cup chili sauce

1 beer

1 / 4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix
Marinate 1 1 / 2 hours



Marinade pork chops spicy

3 small fresh hot peppers

1 green pepper (remove seeds)

3 shallots

1 tsp coriander

2 cloves garlic

juice of 2 lemons

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and pepper

Mix the robot

Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator

Baste during cooking

Marinade pork (1)

1 / 4 cup apple juice

1 / 4 cup cranberry juice

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp sage

1 / 4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Mix
Marinate 2 hours

Teriyaki Marinade for Pork

1 / 2 cup pineapple juice

1 / 4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp minced garlic

Marinate for 1 to 2 hours

Mexican marinade for beef kebabs

1 cup tomato juice

1 envelope taco seasoning

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Mix everything
Baste
